Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to support the implementation of marking and promotional activities.It applies to individuals working in frontline sales roles in a diverse range of industry sectors and business contexts. They operate with some independence under general supervision and guidance from others, and within established organisational policies and procedures. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Skills must be demonstrated in a retail environment. This can be: an industry workplace a simulated industry environment. Assessment must ensure access to: organisational policies and procedures for the implementation of marketing and promotional activities as relevant to own role marketing or promotional plans. Assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations’ requirements for assessors. |
